Growing up in England and spending most of my life in the United States, I've always found comfort and connection through food.
After training at Le Cordon Bleu, I went on to work in fine dining kitchens and alongside celebrity chefs before stepping away from the restaurant world to become a stay-at-home mom to my two children, Owen and Claire.
These days, baking has become more than a profession—it's my creative outlet, my happy place, and a way to bring joy to others through meaningful moments and memorable desserts. Inspired by family, travel, nature, and the simple beauty of gathering around something sweet, Bluebird Bakery was created to make life's celebrations feel a little more special.
